1. The net dimensions of the furnace chamber for use: diameter 800mm, height 1500mm!

3. Heating element: Electric furnace wire (containing molybdenum), the surface temperature of the furnace wire can reach 1450 degrees

4. Control mode: Multi-channel integrated synchronous control

5. There are 3 temperature control points and 9 temperature adjustment zones. Distributed synchronous control is adopted to 

achieve uniform temperature inside the furnace chamber

6. Uniformity of temperature inside the chamber :800MM±1℃; 1300MM±5℃

7. Microcomputer control, convenient operation, programmable, automatic heating, automatic heat preservation and automatic cooling.

8. Fast heating (adjustable heating rate from 1 to 20℃/min).

4. Energy-saving (The furnace chamber is made of imported fibers, which can withstand high temperatures and sudden heating and cooling.)

5. The furnace body is exquisitely powder-coated, which is resistant to corrosion, acid and alkali. The temperature of the furnace body is close to

 the room temperature and less than 40 degrees

6. Multi-loop protection (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, section couple, power-off, etc.)

7. The furnace chamber is made of imported refractory materials, which have excellent heat preservation performance, high temperature resistance 

and can withstand sudden temperature changes
